Exploring the Governance Relationships on Asset Management Boards

In this Digital Meeting, we will examine the interaction between fund boards and Management Company, Operating Company or PLC boards.

We’ll explore what an effective working relationship looks like including areas such as effective and efficient delegation, conflicts of interest and the importance of culture.

This event will be chaired by Fund Board Council’s Shiv Taneja, who will also be joined by Nichola Pease, Chair, Jupiter Fund Management Plc, Richard Wastcoat, iNED, First Sentier Investors and James Rainbow, Chair, Schroder Unit Trusts Ltd.
