FBC Digital Event: New FBC research in Risk Management
30 October 2023
2-3pm
Vicky Kubitscheck, fund board Non-Executive Director and Board Adviser, joined FBC senior advisers, Brandon Horwitz and Peter Christmas, for this risk management member event, including the first look at new FBC research findings.
FBC research in 2022 identified a concern from some directors that the oversight of risk management by their fund board could be more effective. As a result, FBC has kicked off a programme of work on this topic, undertaking focus groups and survey work to explore how fund boards approach risk management, including identifying which risks are top of mind.
The results were debated at this FBC digital event, for FBC corporate members and invited guests. Led by FBC senior advisers, Brandon Horwitz and Peter Christmas, the session included insights from Vicky Kubitscheck, fund board Non-Executive Director and Board Adviser specialising in risk, regulation and governance.
