FBC’s CEO & Chairs’ Roundtable, held on 19 March 2026 at Jupiter Asset Management, brought together chief executives, chairs, and a significant cohort of independent non-executive directors from FBC corporate member firms for a peer-level discussion on governance priorities and market developments.

FBC’s webinar on the UK Retail Investing Landscape, held on 26 March 2026, explored the recent FCA publications and their potential implications for market and product governance, distribution strategy, and intermediary markets.

FBC B Corp Impact Report — March 2026
FBC’s 2026 Impact Report reflects on our second year as a certified B Corp and the progress made across the 5 B Corp Impact Areas.
The report sets out how we are continuing to embed B Corp principles across the organisation — from strengthening governance frameworks and internal policies, to supporting our team and expanding our community initiatives.

- Research: FBC iNED Remuneration Study – Luxembourg FBC’s proprietary benchmarking of the remuneration arrangements of independent and non-executive directors on fund boards is extending into the Grand Duchy, providing verifiable, like-for-like data both fund and ManCo board directors. - FBC Webinar: Key Findings of FBC AoV Benchmarking (16 April 2026) This digital meeting will include a discussion of the latest FBC benchmarking study on the Assessment of Value (AoV), examining how efficiently AFMs meet their AoV obligations, alongside key trends and emerging best practices in process governance and AoV methodology.
