We were delighted to see such a strong turnout for a very thought-provoking discussion.
Two themes that stood out were:
• The need for genuinely robust governance frameworks, particularly around conflicts of interest and Consumer Duty.
• A clear focus on evidence, outcomes and fair value, not whether solutions sit inside or outside the group.
A special thank you to our speakers David Moffat and Camilla Stowell, our chair Martyn Gilbey, and our hosts Tom Carroll, Sarah Odds and the team at Rathbones for their time and contributions.
For FBC corporate members, a memo summarising the key insights and takeaways from the event will be shared soon.
