The FBC Ireland Roundtable, held in Dublin on 16 October 2025, convened over 30 fund directors, senior executives, and regulators from Ireland and the UK to discuss evolving governance in asset management amid technological, regulatory, and investor expectation changes
Summary of FBC Senior Managers and Directors Conference – November 2025 (meeting by invite only)
We were very pleased to host our Senior Managers & Directors Conference on November 13 2025. Kindly hosted by T Rowe Price, London, this has become a key established in-person event within the FBC membership calendar.

Consumer Understanding – November 2025
FBC’s latest research explored how authorised fund manager (AFM) boards are meeting their Consumer Duty obligations, especially around the Consumer Understanding outcome.
Future of AoV Reporting – December 2025
This research examined how firms are responding to the reduced AoV disclosure rules, whether by scaling back, maintaining, or enhancing their AoV processes, and what this means for governance, transparency, and investor outcomes.
