New FBC research report: ‘Future of AoV Reporting’ now available

Date added: 10 December 2025

The FCA’s recent changes to AoV reporting requirements mark a significant shift for Authorised Fund Managers. To understand the impact, we surveyed our members and convened a panel discussion with product governance experts and fund board directors. Both the survey results and panel insights are summarised in our new report- Future of AoV Reporting.

What’s inside?

  • Key findings on how firms plan to take advantage of the new rules
  • Insights into future AoV reporting formats and timings
  • Perspectives on maintaining robust governance and investor outcomes under the new regime
  • Highlights from our member panel discussion

Whether you’re planning your own AoV disclosures or interested in industry trends, this report offers practical insights and peer perspectives.

FBC Corporate Members can view the report in the Member Portal.

Thank you to everyone who took part in the research and the zoom meeting. Your contributions have been instrumental in generating valuable insights that strengthen fund board governance.

If you’d like to learn more about the AoV benchmarking discussed during the meeting, please contact Roberta Piani.

In this Digital Meeting, FBC will explore how the evolving regulatory landscape and their firms’ governance is shaping fund boards’ oversight of investment managers (IMs). We share findings from a FBC’s own research into how fund boards are holding their IMs to account across a range of areas, such as alignment with investment objectives, capacity constraints, risk management, culture and conflicts to name but a few. Open to corporate members, register online via the FBC Member Portal.
