FBC’s Roberta Piani and Brandon Horwitz featured in Ignites Europe yesterday discussing findings from FBC’s recent Consumer Understanding research.
The findings highlight a significant gap in the information fund boards receive from their executive teams. While all surveyed AFMs conduct consumer understanding testing, most boards receive limited metrics, raising concerns about the ability to provide effective oversight.
In the article, Roberta Piana, FBC’s Director of Fund Board Governance, said receiving more detailed analysis “enables boards to exercise effective oversight, challenge whether identified issues have been addressed and satisfy themselves” that they were “supporting good outcomes”.
