Date added: 26 November 2025

We are pleased to share the meeting report summarising FBC’s Annual Senior Managers and Directors Conference held on 13 November 2025.

The event, hosted by T. Rowe Price, brought together leaders from across FBC’s corporate membership for an afternoon of candid discussion on the forces reshaping fund governance.

The event featured:

  • FBC’s Philip Warland in conversation with Aidan McEvoy from the Financial Conduct Authority, providing insights on regulatory priorities, key developments in fund supervision, and the FCA’s perspective on governance, innovation, and investor protection.
  • FBC’s Martyn Gilbey moderating a panel discussion on The Value of Effective Fund Governance with panellists Henrietta Jowitt, Roberta Piani, Brandon Horwitz, Simon Hynes & Peter Christmas.

Many thanks to Aidan McEvoy (FCA), Henrietta Jowitt and all FBC panellists for their invaluable contributions, and to our hosts Nick TruemanNataline Terry and the team at T. Rowe Price.
