Fund Boards Council is a membership organisation for directors of mutual fund boards which aims to be the most authoritative source of insight, thought-leadership and engagement on fund board governance topics across Europe.
We are passionate advocates for good fund board governance – promoting examples of excellence from the UK asset management industry where we find them, offering guidance and consultancy to firms who need our help and backing the industry-wide push for greater diversity on fund boards by encouraging and supporting aspiring and incumbent iNEDs as they find and establish themselves in this important board role.
We work closely with fund board chairs and board directors – both independent and non-independent – to help them navigate governance challenges and opportunities, providing access to insight, expertise and best practice from industry specialists from the UK and overseas.
Individual membership of FBC is open to individual directors currently sitting on a fund board.
Membership fee – £750/per annum (exc. VAT)
Once you become an iNED, our support continues through either:
- Retaining your individual iNED membership
