We are excited to share highlights from the Fund Boards Council (FBC) Annual Senior Managers and Directors Conference, held on 14 November 2024 at BNY Mellon’s London office.
The event featured a Regulators’ Keynote Address delivered by senior regulators from three key European jurisdictions:
- Camille Blackburn (UK’s FCA)
- Patricia Dunne (Ireland’s Central Bank)
- Marco Zwick (Luxembourg’s CSSF).
The regulators shared their priorities for 2025, including conflicts of interest, diversity, crypto-assets and the evolving regulatory landscape.
A lively Q&A session followed, moderated by Philip Warland, FBC Senior Adviser, which provided valuable insights for attendees.
In the second half, Brandon Horwitz, FBC Senior Adviser, presented a summary of FBC’s 2024 research findings and outlined plans for the 2025 research agenda.
