FBC is growing quickly and to support our expanding membership we are looking for a new team member to fill a brand-new role of Membership Coordinator.

The successful candidate will preferably have experience working in a professional membership organisation or association and will help drive continuous improvement for our member experience.

Working as part of a close-knit, remote team, this role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, with a particular emphasis on maintaining and expanding our membership programme, managing our membership database and producing membership reporting and analytics.

The new Membership Coordinator will also support the wider FBC team in a number of projects based on their advanced MS Office skills. These projects will include analytical reporting in Excel, or alternative analytics tool and creating and maintaining a range of report and presentation templates. This flexible role would suit a proactive and experienced administrator who enjoys working from home as part of an energetic, fast-growing and supportive team.
