The discussion looked at the value of board reviews as a means of assessing board operations, the nature and scope of these reviews, who’s involved and how the outputs are used. We also shared initial insights from FBC’s detailed research in this area and spoke to two senior governance professionals who provided their perspectives and examples of good practice when it comes to evaluating board effectiveness UK, Ireland and Luxembourg.
