In this session, FBC gathers three governance experts and “digital thinkers” to provide practical suggestions for fund boards on key considerations such as how to get the appropriate amount of cyber expertise in the boardroom, how to establish the appropriate assurance model and the extent to which fund boards should be considering, not only the risks but also the opportunities presented by our increasingly digitalised world.
