Ted Sotir is Chair of State Street Global Advisors – London (SSGA-L) which represents approximately $400 bn AUM and 400 employees.  He has been Chair for past 6 years.  Ted was also a Trustee and Chair of the Investment Committee for NOW Pensions (top 10 UK Master Trust) for 3 years.

Before becoming an INED, Ted worked for 30+ years at Goldman Sachs, the last 25 in the investment management business.  He was CEO of the European Business and Chaired the international funds business – 150 funds and $150 bn.  In his role, Ted led the new product committee and the global management of service providers – administration, custody, shareholder services, audit etc.
