Summary of Fund Boards Council CEO Roundtable Meeting
On 20 March 2024, Fund Boards Council (FBC) held its inaugural CEO Roundtable meeting.
This was an opportunity for ACD CEOs to discuss with industry peers, topics specific to their role, in a closed-door, roundtable session.
Consumer Duty – New FBC Research and Panel with the FCA
Focusing on new FBC research on Consumer Duty dashboards and Management Information, this session will then be opened to a panel discussion, including participation from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and a Q&A.
Fund Board Oversight of Liquidity Risk Management
FBC Senior Adviser, Brandon Horwitz, will share the findings of FBC’s latest research on how fund boards oversee liquidity risk management.

iNED Council Meeting, 14 May 2024
We will be joined by the FCA’s Director of Wholesale Buy-Side, Camille Blackburn, for a keynote and Q&A. This will be followed by a panel discussion on independent directors’ accountabilities in relation to key regulatory developments as well as exploring the evolving role of a fund board iNED more widely.
